I had an abscess that needed to be drained, after 3 different doctors all tried to drain it, (no numbing) they tell me I need an outpatient surgery. 10ish minutes later, Doctor comes back in the room and tells me the general surgeon is on a 2 month leave.? I am told to call my primary doctor tomorrow for scheduling my outpatient procedure. This entire encounter was trash, from the top to the bottom a total failure of care for an enrolled member.

My niece fell on a mountain trail, CIHA was the nearest hospital. She received excellent and quick care. Her arm is broken in 4 places. The hospital is so nice and clean. Everyone that we met were so kind and caring.
