Elsie Williamson, CNA on the Medical Inpatient Unit is so patient and kind. She went out of her way to make me relaxed and comfortable. She’s so sweet and attentive! The CIHA staff are always attentive and nice. All of your nurse’s and CNA’s are wonderful but Elsie is truly special.

My wife came in with extreme pain. During this time Shana Knight in ER. went the extra mile in her care. Talking & taking care of her. We have seen other doctors and not really known what direction to take, but Shana pointed us in the right direction. Her care for patients is exceptional! My wife is very pleased!

Many thanks to all personnel at the hospital. My husband had a very serious heart attack in November and the ER doctor got him into a helicopter and to the cath lab at Mission just in time. We appreciate your timely service and superb care.
