What documentation do I turn in with my application?
Applicants must show proof of a valid driver’s license. If you are also claiming Indian preference, you must also attach a copy of your enrollment card. Both can be uploaded online when completing an application. 

Do you accept paper applications?
No, we do not accept paper applications at this time. However, if you visit CIHA’s HR Department, you can access a computer to complete an application online via CIHA’s Careers Page. 

How do I find out about employment opportunities?
Job openings can be found online, posted outside the HR office, and in local newspaper listings.

Are a drug test and background check required for employment?
Yes. We complete background checks and conduct saliva drug tests.
