Cherokee Indian Hospital Authority (CIHA) is proud to announce that the Radiology Department has once again earned accreditation in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) from the American College of Radiology (ACR)—a gold standard in medical imaging.
This achievement confirms that CIHA’s MRI services continue to meet or exceed the ACR’s rigorous standards in image quality, patient safety, staff qualifications, and quality control. The accreditation is awarded only after an in-depth independent review, including technical evaluations and peer-reviewed image assessments.
“This milestone reflects the dedication and expertise of our Radiology team,” said Kimberly Middleton, Radiology Manager. “I want to extend a special congratulations to Enid Price, Jennifer Lane, and Brittney Thomas for their outstanding work, and thank our patients for continuing to trust us with their care.”
