Our Eye Clinic: A Comprehensive Approach to Better Vision.

The CIHA Eye Clinic is open and scheduling appointments for all services.

These services include: optical services, repairs, contact order, glasses orders, etc.

Due to the waiting list to be seen by our amazing team, please note that we do have same day appointments available each day. To schedule a same day appointment, please call after 4:30pm the day before and leave a detailed message requesting you would like a same day message.

The Eye Clinic provides full-scope, hospital-based, primary eye care for enrolled members and beneficiaries. Visitors to our clinic can also browse the Optical Shop. It offers a full range of glasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses, including Medicaid-covered options and a community eye care provider. (EBCI enrolled members over 59½ receive $200 a year toward new glasses.)

• Emergency/urgent red eye and eye injury exams

• Ocular disease management including, but not limited to: glaucoma, cataract, and macular degeneration

Optical Lab hours:
Monday–Friday: 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
Closed daily: 12–1 p.m.
Closed holidays and weekends.

Doctor visits may be scheduled:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7:40 a.m.–5 p.m.
Wednesday: 1–5 p.m.
